HOW CAN I SHOP ON WIZSHOPPERS?

  • shop for items you want to purchase

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Once your order is delivered, we will send you another email to confirm your delivery.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
You can only change orders that have not been processed for delivered yet. To do this, simply notify the store-owner of your order changes before they are processed. Once your order is under the status “preparing delivery” or “delivered”, you cannot make changes to the items.

What Payment Methods Can Be Accepted?
You can make purchases using a debit card or bank transfers or your e-wallet. Kindly choose any of these payment methods at checkout.
Would I be charged extra fees at checkout?

Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Delivery time depends on your location and how fast store-owner can make the delivery.
What if I’m not home?

If you’re not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose. Alternatively, you may arrange for a third party to collect your package on your behalf in case it cannot be delivered to you.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions: The item must have been sold on our Wizshoppers.com. The item shouldn’t have been used, tampered with or damaged in any way. The return or exchange request is made within same day of receiving the item through the dispatch agent- To ask for a return, please contact our support using our helpdesk or get in touch with the store-owner who sold to you.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
 

Yes, goods purchased from store owners can be exchanged for another depending on the prices of both item and on store-owners’ return policy. To ask for exchange from store-owners, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item.

Is there a warranty?

Warranties only applies to products produced by Wizshoppers directly. We guarantee any of our product made by us and sold through our online store to be free of defect. We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions:

  • The item must have been sold on our online store
  • The item shouldn’t have been used in any way
  • The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery
  • The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request
